THIS IS TAMIL was founded by Kandy Thamilchelvan — a German Tamil, 40, living in Switzerland.
His mission is simple: that Tamil culture lives on into the future — and that the world gets to know us better. THIS IS TAMIL is meant to become a new movement for Tamils everywhere, and especially for the people of Tamil Eelam, who have been through so much.
